2^nd AEHESIS Annual Conference - Limerick 2005

In order to strengthen networking in sport science, 49 participants representing 24 countries met at the 2^nd Annual AEHESIS Conference held in Limerick/Ireland, September 01-04, 2005.

The annual meeting was organized by the National Coaching & Training Centre, University of Limerick and was incorporated in the 8th ENSSEE & ICCE Forum themed “Sport and physical activity in Europe: Preparing and sustaining effective professionals and volunteers” and therefore connected more than 230 international sport scientists.

During four days, various lectures, workshops and discussions, all participants had the chance to exchange their knowledge and experiences within the areas of Sport Management, Physical Education, Sport Coaching and Health & Fitness.
